摘要

目的 :探索中药藿香正气水肠道作用机理。方法 :运用肌肉张力测量技术研究藿香正气水对大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的影响。结果 : 藿香正气水能够抑制由激动剂—卡巴胆碱(CCH)和KCl引起大鼠结肠平滑肌的收缩。结论: 藿香正气水抑制收缩的作用与抑制平滑肌细胞膜上钙通道的开放是相关的。

Abstract

Objective: To study the intestinal mechanism of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid (HZL). Method : The spontaneous contraction of colonic muscle from mice were studied using muscle tension measurement technology. Result : HZL could inhibit the spontaneous contraction caused by CCH or KCl of colonic muscle from mice. Conclusion: The effect of HZL on the spontaneous contraction is related with inhibition of Ca2+ channel.
