摘要

目的: 研究茺蔚子中挥发油的化学成分。方法: 采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对茺蔚子挥发油的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定。结果: 确定了20种化学成分并得到相对含量。结论: 茺蔚子挥发油中主要含有环己酮、柏木脑等成分。

Abstract

Objective: To study volatile oil in Leonurus japonicus Houtt by GC-MS. Methods: The constituents of volatile oil in Leonurus japonicus Houtt were identified by GC-MS. Results: 20 compounds and their relative contents were identified. Conclusion: The major constituents were Cyclohexanone and Cedrol.
