摘要

目的: 筛选制备甘草黄酮-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺。方法: 采用正交设计实验以包合率和回收率为指标筛选最佳工艺条件

采用紫外分光光度法测定溶解度及溶出度。结果: 甘草黄酮-β-CD包合物的最佳工艺为甘草黄酮:β-CD(g ∶g)为1 ∶6

包合时间为2 h

温度为40 ℃。结论: 甘草黄酮的包合物的溶解度增加

体外溶出度增加。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Licorice Flavone-β-cyclodextrin encapsulation compounds. Method: The optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test

the inclusion compounds were prepared with solution-agitating technique at the same time

UV was adopted in determining the solubility and dissolution rate. Rusult: The optimum condition was: licorice flavone:β-CD 1 ∶6;inclusion time 2 h;and the inclusion temperature 40 ℃. Conclusion: The solubility and dissolution rate of licorice flavone was improved.
