摘要

目的: 建立温肺止咳软胶囊中甘草酸、6-姜酚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm);甲醇-0.05 mol·L-1乙酸铵-冰乙酸(65 ∶35 ∶0.5)为流动相;流速1.000 mL·min-1

检测波长250 nm

柱温30 ℃。结果: 该法回收率甘草酸为98.17％

6-姜酚为99.14％

和厚朴酚为98.31％

厚朴酚为99.49％。结论: 本方法可作为控制温肺止咳软胶囊质量的方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish HPLC method for the Determination of glycyrrhizic acid

6-gingerol

honokiol and magnolol in Wenfei Zhike Capsule. Method: LUNA ODS C18 BDS(4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm)was used with methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (65 ∶35 ∶0.5)as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Result: The average recovery of was 98.17%

99.14%

98.31% and 99.49% for glycyrrhizic acid

6-gingerol

honokiol and magnolol respectively. Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control of Wenfei Zhike Capsule.
