摘要

目的: 探究地黄常见品种"温85-5"性状变异规律。方法 :观测比较4个样本的主要农艺性状

以梓醇、地黄多糖、水溶性浸出物为品质评价指标

对性状与品质进行相关性分析。结果 :地黄品种"温85-5"的性状变异明显;随着药农自行留种年限的增加

地黄抗性、产量和品质均有不同程度的降低。结论 :地黄品种"温85-5"的性状变异已经一定程度影响了地黄的产量和品质;药农自行留种5年以上的种栽应进行品种复壮或重新采用原种。
