检测波长为316 nm
流速为1.0 mL ·min-1。 结果 :阿魏酸在0.052 8~0.184 8 μg范围内线性关系良好( r =0.999 9)
平均加样回收率为99.8%~101.1% ( n =6);淫羊藿苷在5.68~19.88 μg范围内线性关系良好( r =0.999 9)
平均加样回收率为99.9%~101.5% ( n =6)。 结论 :所建立的方法准确、快速、灵敏、重复性好
可用于丽安康片质量控制。
Abstract
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and icariin in the Liankang Tablets by HPLC. Method : The separation was preformed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1 % acetic acid on 316 nm at 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result : The good linear correlation of ferulic acid was observed from 0.052 8 μg to 0.184 8 μg( r =0.999 9) and that of icariin was observed from 5.68 μg to 19.88 μg ( r =0.999 9). The average recoveries of ferulic acid and icariin were 99.8% to 101.1% and 99.9% to 101.5% respectively. Conclusion: The established method can be used as a quality controlling method for Liankang Tablet.
