摘要

目的: 经对不同提取工艺制备的羊耳菊提取物进行比较研究

确定合理可行的提取工艺。方法: 选用主要药效学试验结合指标成分收率和指纹图谱变化

对方中羊耳菊的水煎煮提取物、水提醇沉物及树脂分离精制纯化的样品进行比较

以评价羊耳菊活性成分的提取工艺。结果: 羊耳菊水煮、醇沉、大孔吸附树脂富集纯化各样品的抗炎、解热、抗菌作用无显著性差异

HPLC图谱显示经大孔吸附树脂富集纯化后样品杂质峰减少

4-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸转移率均达70%以上。结论: 大孔树脂纯化羊耳菊活性成分的工艺合理可行

该工艺可最大限度富集有效成分。

Objective: To compare the extracts of Yangerju and determine an optimum technique to extract. Method: Use pharmacodynamics test combined with the main index components change and fingerprint to evaluate the different extraction of Yangerju. Result: The anti-inflammatory

4-O-dicaffeoyl-quinic acid were more than 60%. Conclusion: Macroporous resin purification was an optimum technique to extract.
