摘要

目的 :通过采用HPLC-ELSD法测定不同施肥柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量

为优选施肥方案提供一定的依据。方法 :采用HPLC-ELSD法

色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)柱

以水-乙腈(50∶50)为流动相

检测器为蒸发光散射检测器

飘移管温度93 ℃;空气流速2.5 L·min-1;柱温20 ℃。结果 :确定了柴胡的施肥方案。结论 :此方法简单、准确、重复性好

通过柴胡皂苷a、d的变化为优选柴胡施肥方法提供依据。

Abstract

Objective: Determine the content of Saikosaponin a and d by HPLC-ELSD.To analyze different methods of fertilization of the programme as optimum Fertilization one of the targets. Method: The HPLC method was used

chromatography condition was:Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)column

acetonitrile-water (50∶50) as mobile phase

detection is ELSD

drift temperature 93 ℃

air flow 2.5 L·min-1

column temperature 20 ℃. Results :Establishing the fertilizer programme of Radix Bupleuri. Conclusion :The method is accuate

simple

and can provide the basis for optimization method of fertilization scheme by changes of Saikosaponin a and d.
