摘要

目的 :建立蒲薏颗粒的定性定量方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对蒲薏颗粒中的何首乌、蒲公英、薏苡仁和灵芝进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对其何首乌中的大黄素进行含量测定。结果: 在薄层色谱中何首乌、蒲公英、薏苡仁和灵芝能得到很好的鉴别;大黄素在 0.073~1.171 μg范围内线性关系良好

平均回收率为99.0%

RSD为2.2%(n=9)。结论 :该方法准确、简便、重复性好

可用于可用于蒲薏颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for Puyi Granules. Method: Radix Polygoni Eultiflori

Herba Taraxaci

Semen Coicis and Ganoderma were identified by TLC

and the content of emodin in the preparation was determined by HPLC. Result: Radix Polygoni Eultiflori

Herba Taraxaci

Semen Coicis and Ganoderma could be identified well by TLC. The regression curve of emodin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.073~1.171 μg. The average recovery was 99.0%

RSD was 2.2%. Conclusion: The method is accurate

simple and has good repeatability. It can be used for quality control of Puyi Granules.
