摘要

目的:研究山橿药材挥发油的GC指纹图谱分析方法;方法:色谱柱:HP-5(5%)-二苯基聚硅氧烷共聚物;毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm

0.25μm);FID检测器温度:240℃;程序升温:65℃持续3min;再以3℃·min-1

65℃→85℃;1℃.min-1

85℃→90℃;3℃·min-1

90℃→99℃;0.2℃·min-1

99℃→100℃

5.0℃·min-1

100℃→200℃

200℃持续3min。结果:建立山橿挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱。结论:山药材挥发油指纹图谱的特征性及专属性强

可用于山橿药材的鉴别及质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To devekop a capillary GC for fingerprint analysis of the volatile oil from Radix Linderae Reflexae.Method: The analysis was carried out on a HP-5.capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm

0.25 μm).The temperature of FID detector was set to 240 ℃;The temperature programm was as follows: 65 ℃ for three minutes

the 3 ℃·min-1 to 85 ℃

1 ℃·min-1 to 90 ℃

3 ℃·min-1 to 99 ℃;the 0.2 ℃·min-1 to 100 ℃;5.0 ℃·min-1 to 200 ℃

and then retained the temperature at 200 ℃ for three minutes.Result: The GC fingerprints of the volatile oil from Radix Linderae Reflexae was established.Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable

and it can be used for quality control of Radix Linderae Reflexae.
