摘要

目的:研究半枝莲多糖的抗补体活性。方法:采用细胞溶血法。结果:半枝莲多糖抑制补体活性的经典途径和旁路途径的CH50为(1.2±0.1)mg·mL-1、AP50为(4.9±0.2)mg·mL-1。结论:半枝莲多糖有较好的抗补体活性。

Abstract

Objective:To study anti-complementary effects of the polysacchride obtained from Herba Scutellariae Barbatae. Methods:The polysacchride was extracted and analyzed with the hemolysis assay. Results:The polysaccharide inhibited complement activation on both the classic and alternative pathways with CH50 value of(1.2±0.1)mg·mL-1 and AP50 value of (4.9±0.2)mg·mL-1. Conclusions:The polysacchride obtained from Herba Scutellariae Barbatae shows significant inhibitory effect on complement activation.
