摘要

目的:探讨具有生殖毒性的中药毒性成分。方法:通过检索文献

对所记载的具有生殖毒性中药毒性成分进行归纳、整理和分析。结果:具有生殖毒性中药的毒性成分主要为生物碱、苷类、毒蛋白、动物毒素、酚类和重金属等。结论:应加强中药生殖毒性的宣传

合理使用中药

尽量避免或减少生殖毒性的发生。

Abstract

Objective:To summarize the recent reseach state on toxic ingredients of Chinese Herbal medicine with reproductive toxicity.Methods:Literature about toxic ingredients of Chinese Herbal medicine with reproductive toxicity was reviewed.Results:The main ingredients with reproductive toxicity are alkaloids

glycosides

toxoprotein

animal toxins

phenols

heavy metals etc.Conclusions:We should publicize the reproductive toxicity of Chinese herbal medicine and avoid it in clinic as much as possible.
