摘要

目的:观察青蒿提取物有效部位及其主要成分对大鼠的解热作用。方法:采用鲜酵母致大鼠体温升高的模型

观察青蒿有效部位及其成分对大鼠体温的影响。结果:青蒿中的有效部位(BJQH-A)及主要成分(青蒿乙素、青蒿酸、东茛菪内酯)对鲜酵母致大鼠体温升高具有明显的解热作用。结论:青蒿中含有多个具有解热作用的成分

它们的作用强度、起效时间和作用维持时间各有差别

青蒿的解热作用可能是其活性成分群整合作用的结果。

Abstract

Objective:To identify chemical entity of antipyretic action in Herba Artemisiae Annuae.Method: Chemical fractions and compounds from leaves of Herba Artemisiae Annuae.were extracted and isolated systematically and tested on pyretic rats induced by yeast.Those antipyretic effects were determinated and analysed.Results: A fraction and some compounds(arteannuinic acid

artemisinin B

scopoletin) from Herba Artemisiae Annuae.were of antipyretic effect.Conclusion: Antipyretic action of Herba Artemisiae Annuae.depends on the integration effect of its active ingredient group.
