摘要

目的:研究化浊轻身颗粒中主要药物的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层层析鉴别主要药物

用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中四羟基二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果:建立了制剂中黄芪、大黄、何首乌的鉴别方法

四羟基二苯乙烯苷的线性范围为0.1648～3.2960μg(r=0.9996);加样回收率为99.0%

(RSD为3.0%

n=6)。结论:该实验建立的鉴别和含量测定方法专属性强、重复性好

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To study the gualitative and quantitative methods of identification and assay Huazhuqingsheng Granules.Methods: The major compounds in this preparation were identified by the thin layer chromatographic methods and the content of 2

4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results: Rhubarb、Fleecetlower root and milkvetch root were identified.The linear range of 2

4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-Ο-β-D-glucoside was within(0.164 8～3.2960 μg)(r=0.999 6.)The average recovey(n=6) was 99.0%(RSD=3.0%).Conclusion: The identification and determination methods established were specific

and repeatable.It could be used to control the quality of this preparation.
