摘要

目的:建立金丹活血明目丸中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm

5μm);柱温为25℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%的磷酸溶液(10∶90);流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸质量浓度的线性范围为0.00903mg·mL-1～0.0903mg·mL-1

平均回收率为99.6%

RSD=0.97%。结论:方法准确、简便、易行

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Jindan Huoxue Mingmu pill.Methods:The determina-tion was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm).The column temperature was set at(25 ℃.) The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(10∶90).The UV detection wavelength was 327 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:The linear range of chlorogenic acid was within 0.009 2～0.092 mg·mL-1

with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 0.97%.Conclusion:The method is accurate

simple

feasible

and can be used effectively for the quality control of Jindan Huoxue Mingmu pill.
