摘要

目的:建立皖贝止咳胶囊中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量测定方法。方法:采用迪玛C18柱

乙腈-0.1%三乙胺溶液(70∶30)为流动相;ELSD参数:漂移管温度:93℃

载气流量:2.2mL·min-1。结果:贝母素甲的回收率为97.35%

RSD=1.24%(n=5);贝母素乙的回收率为97.46%

RSD=1.27%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速、重复性好

可作为制剂的定量分析方法。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of verticine and verticinone in Wanbei Zhike capsule. Methods:The analysis was carried out on a Dikma C18 analytical column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% diethylamine (70∶30). The detector drift tube temperature was set at 93 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 2.2 mL·min-1.Results:The recoveries for verticine and verticinone were 97.35% and 97.46% with RSD 1.24%and1.27%(n=5). Conclusion:The developed method is simple

and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
