摘要

目的:对立血康软胶囊的提取工艺进行优化。方法:用乙醇作溶剂提取处方中2种药材的活性成分

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction procedure of Lixuekang Soft Capsule.Method:The procedure was configired by a sampling of orthogonal design with different ethanol extraction solvent uses.The yield of extracts and the total contents of emodin and chrysophanol were used as assessment index and based on different weighted coefficient for evaluation of the extraction efficiency of ethanol.Result:The optimal procedure was using the circulation reflux for 3 times with 8 times 70% ethanol

2 hours each time.Conclusion:The method can extract effectively active components in Lixuekang Soft Capsule and provide tab data for industrialized manufacture of Lixuekang Soft Capsule.
