Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for the quality control.Method:Ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were used as reference substances.Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm

5 μm) was used and the methanol and water containing 0.1%phosphoric acid were chosen as the mobile phases in a gradient elution.The column temperature was 30℃ and the fingerprints were detected at 230、280、320 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

and the analysis lasted 80 min.Result:Characteristic peaks were indicated on HPLC fingerprints and were assigned by comparison of corresponding part of some herbs.Conclusion:It proved that the method is reliable
