摘要

目的:对穿心莲滴丸中的穿心莲内酯进行体外溶出度研究。方法:采用体外溶出度试验和HPLC法

以穿心莲内酯为指标

考察穿心莲滴丸在不同时间的累积溶出百分数。结果:穿心莲内酯在(4.932～394.56)μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好

穿心莲滴丸中的穿心莲内酯在15min时累积溶出数可达85%。结论:制成穿心莲滴丸可以提高穿心莲内酯类难溶性药物的溶出度

从而提高生物利用度。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the method of the dissolubility of Andrographis paniculata dropping pills.Methods:Andrographolide as the indicator

the in vitro dissolution and HPLC method were applied to determine the accumulated dissolution rate of andrographolide at the different time.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of(4.932～394.56)μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9).The accumulated dissolution rate of Chuanxinlian dropping pills reached over 85% in 15 min.Conclusion:Chuanxinlian dropping pills which were prepared can improve the dissolution rate of poorly soluble drugs of the kind of andrographolide and advance the bioavailability.
