摘要

目的:研究复方冰红软胶囊活血化瘀及治疗急性软组织损伤的作用。方法:用动物血瘀模型观察复方冰红软胶囊对大鼠血液流变性、体外血栓形成及血小板黏附率的影响;打击造成大鼠急性软组织损伤

观察复方冰红软胶囊对大鼠软组织损伤程度及病理组织学的影响。结果:复方冰红软胶囊能明显改善模型大鼠血瘀症状及急性软组织损伤的损伤程度。结论:复方冰红软胶囊具有较好的活血化瘀及治疗急性软组织损伤的作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and treating acute soft tissue injury(ASTI) for Fufangbinghong Soft Capsule(BHSC).Methods:Rat model of blood stasis was established.The impact of BHSC on hemorheology

thrombosis and platelet adhesion rate were observed.The model of ASTI was established by hitting with a weight to observe the influence of BHSC on injurying degree of rats and histopathology.Results: BHSC could reduce plasma viscosity

blood viscosity

the length and weight of thrombus

platelet adhesion rate and improve symptoms of ASTI.Conclusion: BHSC can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and treat ASTI.
