摘要

目的:评价山茱萸不同生长期多糖含量变化的动态积累。方法:以硫酸-蒽酮法测定不同生长期山茱萸中多糖的含量。结果:山茱萸中多糖的含量呈规律性变化

在果实成熟时多糖的含量较高。结论:该文结果可为山茱萸规范化种植以及药材的采收加工提供科学依据。

Abstract

Objective:To determine the total polysaccharides in different growth phase of Fructus Corni.Methods:Colorimetry of Sulfuric acid—Anthrone was used to measure the content of total polysaccharides.Results:The content of total polysaccharides appeared regular changes and the content of total polysaccharides was highest in the mature phase.Conclusion:The result might provide scientific basis for havesting of Fructus Corni.
