摘要

目的:建立HPLC法测定穿心莲内酯树脂复合物中穿心莲内酯含量的方法。方法:HypersilC18柱

以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相

检测波长225nm。结果:穿心莲内酯进样量在(0.0956～0.956)μg范围内线性关系良好

回归方程为Y=230.4X+47.264

r=0.9994(n=6)

平均加样回收率为99.99%(n=9)

RSD为0.88%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性好

可作为穿心莲内酯树脂复合物中穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective:A HPLC method for determination of andrographolide's content in andrographolide-resin complexes was studied.Method:Hypersil C18 column was used with methanol-water(55∶45) as the mobile and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm.Results:linear in a range of 0.0956～0.956 μg the regression equation for andrographolide was Y=230.4X+47.264 with r=0.999 4.The average recovery was 99.99% and the RSD was 0.88%.Conclusion:The method is reliable and reproducible.It may be used for the determ ination of andrographolide in resin complexes of andrographolide ion-exchange resin.
