摘要

目的 :对茜草药材中是否含有有毒成分lucidin及其苷lucidin-3-O-primeveroside(EKU-4)进行初步研究。方法 :分别采用RP-HPLC

HPLC-DAD

LC-MS对6份不同来源茜草药材进行了定性检测。结果 :各个药材中均能检测到EKU-4信号;②

⑤

⑥号药材中检测到Lucidin信号。结论 :茜草中含有遗传毒性成分EKU-4。

Abstract

Objective: To study on whether Rubia cordifolia L. contains toxic compositions of lucidin and lucidin-3-O-primeveroside (EUK-4). Method :RP-HPLC

HPLC-DAD

LC-MS were used to evaluate R. cordifolia from 6 different regions. Result :The same signal with EUK-4 was detected for all the herbal samples

and in the sample of ②⑤⑥ the same signal with lucidin was fourd. Conclusion :R. cordifolia contains the genotoxicity composition of lucidin :lucidin-3-O-primeveroside(EUK-4).
