Objective:To explore the pharmacological effects of analgesia

anti-inflammation of Duhuo-Jisheng Tang.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effects were conducted by adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats

capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice and ear edema of mice induced by xylene

and the analgesic effects were evaluated by the twisting reaction of mice induced by acetic acid

and Formalin test.Results : Duhuo-Jisheng Tang could effectively counterwork the primary and secondary reaction of adjuvant-induced arthritis in rat model

inhibit capillary permeability and lighten ear edema in mouse model

and decrease the twisting reaction and the ache degree of mice induced by formalin.Conclusion:Duhuo-Jisheng Tang has the good analgesia

anti-inflammation and anti-adjuvant arthritis's functions.
