目的:观察杜仲叶水煎液对肉杂鸡抗氧化功能的影响。方法:选用1日龄肉杂鸡272只
随机分成4组:对照组饮用自来水

测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:杜仲叶各剂量组血清中的SOD
GSH-Px
CAT的活力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);而血清中MDA的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:杜仲叶水煎液能提高肉杂鸡的抗氧化功能
并且存在一定程度的正向量效关系。
Objective:To observe the effects of Folium Eucommiae decoction(FED) on anti-oxidation function of hybrid broilers.Methods: 272 one-day-old hybrid broilers were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly in the experiment: Ⅰgroup was the control group and hybrid broilers drank tap water.The Ⅱ~Ⅳ groups were fed with Folium Eucommiae crude drug content in drinking water at 5(low dose)
10(moderate dose) and 15 g·L-1(high dose) respectively.The experiment lasted 6 weeks.At 2
4 and 6 weekend
8 hybrid broilers were randomly selected and the blood was collected from the heart respectively.Activity of the Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)
Catalase(CAT)
Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-Px)and content of the Maleic Dialdehycle(MDA) in the serum were determinated.Results: Activity of SOD
CAT
GSH-Px in serum of Folium Eucommiae groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01)
and the contents of MDA in serum were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: FED could enhance the anti-oxidation function of hybrid broilers and the effects did appear positivly correlation with doses to some extent.
