摘要

目的:观察灌胃五虎汤制剂后大鼠体内出现的6种化学成分麻黄碱、甘草酸、甘草次酸、龙脑、松油醇、苯乙醇的平喘作用。方法:采用豚鼠离体气管螺旋条法筛选6种化学成分的平喘作用。结果:6种物质对组胺所致豚鼠气管平滑肌的收缩均有抑制作用。结论:以上成分为五虎汤平喘作用的物质基础。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of ephedrine

glycyrrhizic acid

glycyrrhetinic acid

borneol

terpineol and phenethyl alcohol which were extracted from Wuhu Decoction on isolated tracheal smooth muscle in guinea pig.Methods:The effects of these six extractions from Wuhu Decoction were in vitro investigated in the contraction of tracheal strips of the guinea pig trachea.Results: Six extractions from Wuhu-Tang can prevent histamine-induced in vitro bronchoconstriction of guinea pig.Conclusion:The results indicated that these compounds had antiasthmatic effect and might be the base of antiasthmatic effect of Wuhu Decoction.
