摘要

目的:评价少腹逐瘀汤对寒凝血瘀SD大鼠模型血液流变性及卵巢功能的影响。方法:采用冰水浴及注射肾上腺素的方法造成SD大鼠急性血瘀模型

对其血液流变性及卵巢分泌功能进行测定。结果:少腹逐瘀汤能改善寒凝血瘀SD大鼠血液流变性指标;对卵巢功能也显示出一定改善作用。结论:少腹逐瘀汤能改善寒凝血瘀SD大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞压积及调节E2和P的水平。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction(SFZYD) on hemorheology and ovarian function in rat mode of Han-Ning blood stasis.Methods: The method of ice water bath combined with injection of adrenalin was adopted to established cold stagnation and blood stasis in rats.The indexes of hemorheology and E2 and P were detected.Result: The results stated that SFZYD and ethanol supernatant showed significant improvements in the hemorheological indexes of rats in the model of blood stasis and regulation for the secret function on rat ovarian.Conclusion: SFZYD can improve the indexes of hemorheology in rat model of blood stasis and regulate the secretion of E2 and P.
