IR and ESI/LC-MS/MS.The quantitative analysis was performed on a Gemini C18 column with acetonitrile-water(30∶70)as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelengh was at 270 nm.Result:The main ingredient with a purity of 99.2% was identified as chrysin-7-o-glucoside.The linear equation was Y=7.739×104X-6.0×103 in the range of 2～20 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 3).The content of chrysin-7-o-glucoside in San-ye-Chong-cha was 2.77% and average recovery was 97.3%.Conclusion: Chrysin-7-o-glucoside in Sanyechongcha was first isolated and quantitatively determined by HPLC
