摘要

目的:研究复方景天胶囊中主要药物的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层层析鉴别主要药物

用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:确立了制剂中红景天和人参的鉴别方法

黄芪甲苷的线性范围为1.81～18.1μg

回归方程:Y=1.6942X+4.8026

r=0.999 7。平均回收率为98.09%

RSD为1.91%。结论:该实验建立的鉴别和含量测定方法具有专属性强

重复性好

无明显干扰等特点

适用于本品质量的控制。

Abstract

Objective:To study the method of identification and content determination of the important component in Fufang Jingtian Capsule.Methods: The major compounds in this drug were identified by the thin layer chromatographic method and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results: Big flower Rhodiola Root and Ginseng were identified.The regression equation of astrargaloside IV was Y=1.694 2X+4.055 0 in the range of 1.81～18.1 μg

r=(0.999 7).The average recovery was 98.09%

RSD was 1.91%.The contents of astragaloside Ⅳ in three batches of samples were determined.Conclusion:The identification and determination methods established were specific

and repeatable.It could be used to control the quality of this drug.
