目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂对异常黑胆质载体动物模型支配器官形态学的影响
从组织病理学角度探讨异常黑胆质证的本质
阐明异常黑胆质成熟剂可能的作用机理。方法:采用多因素复制小鼠异常黑胆质载体动物模型
分别用异常黑胆质成熟剂小剂量2.53g.kg-1
中剂量5.06g.kg-1
大剂量10.12g.kg-1对模型进行全程干预。取脑、心脏、肝脏支配器官
观察和比较异常黑胆质载体动物模型组和药物干预组支配器官的组织形态学改变。结果:与模型组相比
异常黑胆质成熟剂小剂量和中剂量组支配器官(脑、心脏、肝脏)细胞修复性指标增强
而损伤性组织病理学改变减轻;大剂量组修复性指标明显提高
损伤性组织病理学改变显著减轻。结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂对异常黑胆质载体动物模型的支配器官组织病理学改变有一定的保护和修复作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of abnormal savda munziq on morphological structure of dominating organ cells in animal model of abnormal savda syndrome
to explore the essence of abnormal savda on morphology
to explore the working mechanism of abnormal savda munziq.Methods: Male ICR rats were fed with cold-natured diet under cool dry environment
and stimulated with electric shocks to establish animal model of abnormal savda syndrome in Uyghur medicine.Three other drug groups were given the same stimulative elements and further intervened with three different dosages(2.53

10.12 g·kg-1) of abnormal savda munziq during the whole procedure.In order to observe histological changes of these dominating organs by microscope
the brains
cardiac muscles and livers were prepared.Results: Microscopic examination of the model group showed swelling of hypothalamic cells
interstitial angiectasis in the hypothalamus.There was adipose cells infiltration and interstitial angiectasis on cardiac muscles. There were necrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration in liver tissues.However
the morphological changes of dominating organ cells in drug intervene groups improved significantly according to the concentration of drugs.Conclusion: Abnormal savda munziq can ptotect and recover the pathological damage on dominating organ cells in animal model of abnormal savda syndrome.
