目的:确定祛除白附子麻辣刺激性新技术方法的可行性。方法:采用研磨式超微粉碎法;以中位粒径达11.85μm
最大粒径64μm
90%的粒度在28μm以下为质量控制标准;采用小鼠急性毒性、兔眼结膜刺激、镇静等动物实验
比较了白附子生品、老工艺炮制品、新技术炮制品的药理作用。结果:白附子经超微粉碎后
其毒性、刺激性由强到弱为白附子生品>老工艺炮制品>新技术制品
药效作用与生品、老工艺制品基本一致。结论:白附子经超微粉碎后
可基本祛除白附子麻辣刺激性
同时保持其原有的药效。
Objective:To determin the feasibility of the new technique to dispel Rhizoma Typhon's sting and hot irritation.Method:By the ultramicro-pulverzing technique different diameter of ultro-powder particles were used for the compared studies through pharmacologic experiments such as mouse acute toxicity test
rabbit conjunctiva stimulation and sedation tests
etc between the raw Rhizoma Typhon、the old and the new processed Rhizoma Typhon.Result:After the ultramicro-powder ing Rhizoma Typhon nearly has the same pharmacological effects as the raw and old processed Rhizoma Typhon
and its toxicity and irritation was less than old processed Rhizoma Typhon
while.Conclusion:The Rhizoma Typhon's sting and irritation was dispelled when with the sting rank of raw RT
old processed method and ultramicro-pulverying method processed by the new technique of ultramicro-pulverization.While pharmacological effects of Rhizoma Typhon can be still retained.
