摘要

目的:采用HPLC法同时测定热淋清制剂中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用KromosilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm

5μm)

以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱

流速为1mL·min-1

检测波长为254nm。结果:没食子酸在0.204～1.22μg(r=0.9997)

槲皮素在0.058～0.35μg(r=0.9995)范围内呈良好的线性关系;没食子酸回收率为98.5%

RSD为1.4%

槲皮素回收率为97.8%

RSD为1.6%。结论:HPLC法简便可行、重复性好

适用于热淋清制剂两种有效成分的同时测定

可用于热淋清制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid and quercetin in Relinqing preparations.Method: A Kromosil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)was used

and the mobile phases were acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution with the gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The linear ranges of gallic acid and quercetin were 0.204～1.22 μg(r=0.999 7)

0.058～0.35 μg(r=0.999 5) respectively.The average recoveries were 98.5%(RSD=1.4%)

97.8%(RSD=1.6%) respectively.Conclusion:The method can be used to control the quality of Relinqing preparations.It is simple

accurate

reproducible and suitable for simultaneous determination of two active constituents in Relinqing preparations.
