摘要

目的:建立HPLC法测定抱龙丸中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的含量。方法:采用AgilentC18(4.6mm×250mm

5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35);流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长225nm。结果:木香烃内酯的线性范围为0.2～1μg

r=0.9999

平均回收率为99.96%

RSD=0.56%;去氢木香内酯线性范围为0.2～1μg;r=0.9999

平均回收率为99.68%

RSD=0.68%。结论:该方法结果准确

重复性好

可作为抱龙丸质量控制的定量方法。

Abstract

Objective:To develop and HPLC method for the detemination of constunolide and dehydro-costuslactone Baolong Wan.Methods:The samples were analyzed on an Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH-H2O(65∶35)

the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm.Results:Calibration curves for costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were linear costuslactone in the range of 0.2～1μg

r=(0.999 9).The recoveries were 100.0%

RSD=0.56 and 99.7%

RSD=0.68% respectively.Conclusion:The method is sensitive

accurate and repeatable.It can be used for the quality control of Baolong pill.
