摘要

目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠臀大肌中环化腺苷酸(cAMP)、环化乌苷酸(cGMP)含量的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性腹腔注射65mg·kg-1

并连续7d皮下注射甲状腺素诱发大鼠实验性糖尿病模型

至14d

选取成模大鼠以醒胰降糖灵干预21d后

用放射免疫方法检测大鼠臀大肌中cAMPc、GMP的含量。结果:与正常组比较

模型组大鼠臀大肌中cAMP、cGMP含量有显著下降(P<0.01)

醒胰降糖灵组与造模组比较有明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:醒胰降糖灵可阻抑实验性糖尿病大鼠臀大肌中cAMP、cGMP含量的下降

其作用机制可能与醒胰降糖灵参与胰岛素受体后水平信息转导有关。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtang Ling on the content of cAMP

cGMP in of diabetic rats.Methods:The model of diabetic rat was established with strephtozotocin 65 mg·kg-1 ip and then concomitant hypodenmic injection with thyroxine

once a day

lasting 7 days.After treated with Xingyi Jiangtang Ling for 21 days

the content of cAMP

cGMP in the ectogluteus of all experimental rats was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared to normal group

the content of cAMP

cGMP in the ectogluteus of diabetic rats was significantly declined(PP<0.01).However

that of treated group was significantly increased

compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xingyi Jiangtang Ling could decrease the content of cAMP

cGMP in the ectogluteus of diabetic rat from decreasing.Its molecular mechanism might be related to regulate the signal transduction of insulin receptor.
