摘要

目的:探讨复方青风藤胶囊(以下简称“QFC”)治疗类风湿性关节炎的主要药效作用。方法:观察QFC对大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型关节病变、免疫器官重量及血清TNF-α含量的影响

并研究其抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:与模型对照组相比

QFC能明显减轻佐剂性关节炎模型(AA)大鼠的关节病变及降低肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平与胸腺指数;能显著抑制乙酸致小鼠的腹膜毛细血管通透性;显著降低角叉菜胶致炎大鼠的足跖肿胀率;能明显减少乙酸致小鼠的扭体次数;QFC能显著提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈值。结论:QFC可以对抗类风湿性关节炎这类免疫异常引发的疾病。其作用机理可能与其免疫抑制作用与较好的抗炎镇痛作用有关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingfengteng Compound capsules(QFC)on rheumatoid arthritis.Method:Several pathologic models were used to observe the effect of QFC

including effects on the paw edema in the AA rats model adjuvant-induced arthritis and effects on contorition in the acetic acid-induced pain model in mice.Result:QFC can reduce the value of TNF-α1

the joint swelling in rats model.QFC can reduce the response of contortion and osmosis of capillary vessel

and enhance the threshold value of pain in mice model.Conclusion:QFC has the effects of immunity suppresion

anti-inflammation and analgesia.So it could be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
