摘要

目的:完善复方消经痛胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对复方消经痛胶囊中黄芪、白芍、香附、肉桂进行定性鉴别;并采用HLPC法对制剂中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:TLC鉴别专属性强;HLPC法测定出芍药苷在(0.1～2.5)μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)

平均回收率为99.5%

RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:所建立的定性定量方法专属性强、重复性好

可作为复方消经痛胶囊的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective:To Complement the quality control standards for Fufangxiaojingtong Capsule(FFXJTC).Methods: The TLC method was applied to identify Radix Astragali

Radix Paeoniae Alba

Cortex Cinnamomi and Rhizoma Cyperi;and the HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in FFXJTC.Results: The TLC identification methods are specific.The linear range of paeoniflorin is 0.1～2.5 μg(r=(0.999 9))

and the recovery is 99.5%

and the RSD is 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion: The qualitative and quantitative methods are specific and repeatable

which could be applied for quality control of Fufangxiaojingtong Capsule.
