摘要

目的:观察葛根提取物对糖尿病大鼠肾功能的影响

探讨其作用机理。方法:采用链脲霉素复制糖尿病肾病大鼠模型

以氨基胍作阳性药物对照

观察葛根提取物对其空腹血糖、血清果糖胺、尿素氮、肌酐

血浆内皮素及6-酮-前列腺素的影响。结果:葛根提取物可降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、血清果糖胺、尿素氮、肌酐、血浆内皮素及6-酮-前列腺素的水平

与模型组相比有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:葛根提取物具有防治糖尿病大鼠肾病的作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of Kudzu extract on kidney function in rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN)

and to probe its mechanism.Methods:The rat model of diabetic nephropathy was induced by streptozotocin.The effects of TFP on diabetic rats were detected by blood sugar before meal

the concentration of fructosamine

urea nitrogen

creatinine in blood serum

and levels of ET

6-keto-PGF1 in plasma

compared with aminoguanidin treatment.Results:The Kudzu extract could decrease the level of blood sugar

the concentrations of fructosamine

urea nitrogen

creatinine in blood serum

and levels of ET

6-keto-PGF1 in plasma

comparing to that of the diabetic model group(P<0.01

or P<0.05)remarkably.Conclusion:The Kudzu extract has preventive and therapeutic effects on DN.
