Objective:To investigate pharmacological effects of Yiganfuzheng Capsule on liver.Method:The acute liver injury model

respectively.The ducklings were infected by hepatitis B virus.The dot-hybridization test was used to evaluate the duck hepatitis B virus's DNA level in serum.The haemolysin test was used to investigate the effect on the immunosuppressive model caused by the cycophosphamide.Result:The Yiganfuzheng Capsule can markedly decrease the content of the ALT and AST in the serum of the acute liver injury model caused by D-galactosamine and by BCG+LPS.Levels of ALT

AST in serum and hydroxyproline in liver were decreased

and the TP

ALB were increased

compared with the model group(P<0.01

P<0.05).It had inhibitory effect on the level of DHBV-DNA in the serum of duckling infected by hepatitis B.It could antagonize the humoral immunity inhibition caused by cyclophophamide

increased the level of serum haemolysin in mouse.Conclusion:Yiganfuzheng Capsule has effects of protecting liver

decreasing enzyme

inhibiting copy of duck hepatitis B virus

and enhancing the body immune function.
