摘要

目的:将计算机引入小鼠游泳测试仪

为抗疲劳和抗抑郁药物的筛选和研究提供新的实验方法。方法:通过摄像将小鼠在游泳测试箱内活动的视频信号传送给视频卡

完成小鼠游泳的实时监视、图形显示、自动采样、存盘、结果自动辨别和打印的全套自动化管理。通过负重游泳和强迫游泳实验进行验证

并与人工检测手段进行比较。结果:小鼠游泳的计算机监控系统确实方便可行

所获数据更为科学和客观。结论:小鼠游泳的计算机自动管理系统可广泛用于抗抑郁和抗疲劳药物的研究。

Abstract

Objective:To Provide a new method for the screening and research of anti-fatigue and anti-depressive drugs.Methods:The computer-aided automatic control system for measuring swimming in mice can complete the task of real-time monitoring

automatically obtaining data and saving

compared with the manual group in swimming tests.Results:The computer-aided automatic control system is useful for measuring swimming in mice and data obtained is scientific and objective.Conclusion:The computer-aided automatic control system for measuring swimming in mice can be widely used in the research of anti-fatigue and anti-depressive drugs.
