摘要

目的:观察黄花倒水莲总苷对大鼠和家兔血液流变性的影响。方法:用高分子右旋糖酐造成大鼠急性血瘀模型

观察黄花倒水莲总苷对大鼠急性血瘀模型血液流变学各指标的影响。用高脂饲料造成家兔高脂血症模型

观察黄花倒水莲总苷对血液流变学各指标的影响。结果:黄花倒水莲总苷高

中

低剂量组均能明显防止急性血瘀模型大鼠和高脂饲料喂养家兔的全血黏度、纤维蛋白原含量的升高。结论:黄花倒水莲总苷能抑制高分子右旋糖酐血瘀模型和高脂血症造成血液流变学指标的改变

降低血液黏度

改善血液循环。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of total glycosides of Polygala aureocauda Dunn(PTS) on blood hemorheological parameters.Methods:The model of acute blood stasis was established with high-molecular weight dextran in rat and the hemorheological parameters of the model were observed.The rabbits model of blood stasis was established with hyperlipidemic diet and the hemorheological parameters were observed.Results:As compared with model groups

middle and low groups of PTS could effectively prevent the ascending of whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen.Conclusion:The results suggest that the effect of PTS may be related to hemorheological improvement with decreased whole blood viscosity and improved circulatation in blood stasis rat and hyperlipemia rabbit.
