Objective:To study the effect of Guizhi Tangju Granules on blood sugar

dermal ulcer in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats and effects on microcirculation in mouse.Methods:1.Wistar rats injected with streptozotocin(STZ)ip

skin destruction made by surgical intervention.Healing ration and pathological change of dermal ulcer were observed.2.Microcirculation disturbance induced by injection of dextran intravenously was observed after mouse were fed with Guizhi Tangju Granules for 4 weeks.Results:Guizhi Tangju Granules could significently improve microcirculation disturbance in mouse and reduce blood sugar

increase healing ration of damaged skin in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats

as well as raise collagenous fibers cells and decrease inflammatory cells in pathology.Conclusion:Guizhi Tangju Granules could promote healing of damaged skin

decrease serum glucose and improve microcirculation disturbance.
