摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定贯叶金丝桃提取物缓释胶囊中金丝桃苷的含量。方法:色谱柱Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18(5μm

4.5mm×150mm);流动相:水-乙腈-磷酸(825∶175∶1);检测波长:368nm。结果:贯叶金丝桃提取物缓释胶囊中金丝桃苷的线性范围为(0.06～0.30)μg

r=0.9999。结论:此方法可有效控制本制剂质量

简单、快速、准确、可行。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hyperin in Hypericum perforatum L.extract sustained-release capsules.Methods:The analysis was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(5 μm

4.5 mm×150 mm) column eluted with the mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(825∶175∶1).The detection wavelength was set at 368 nm.Result:The linear range for hyperin was(0.06～0.30)μg(r=(0.999 9).)Conclusion:This method can be used effectively for the quality control of the capsules.It was simple
