摘要

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定垂盆草药材中小麦黄素苷的含量。方法:采用YMC-J’Sphere ODS-H80(4 μm

150 mm×4.6 mm)等色谱柱;以异丙醇-水-冰醋酸(15∶8∶2)为流动相;检测波长350 nm。结果:小麦黄素苷在0.099～0.99 μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系

相关系数r=0.999 8;平均回收率为97.04%。结论:该法简便可行

结果准确可靠

适用于药材质量控制的定量方法。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in Herba sedi.Methods:YMC-J' Sphere ODS-H80(150 mm×4.6 mm

4 μm) and YMC-pack ODS-A column(250 mm×4.6mm

5 μm) were adopted.The mobile phase consisted of(CH3)2CHOH-H2O-HAC(15∶8∶2)

the detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results: tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and other components in herba sedi can be separated

the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.099～0.99 μg with correlation coefficient(0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.04% with RSD 0.81%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple

rapid

reliable.It can be used as quantitative determination for quality control of Herba sedi.
