摘要

目的:通过测定贵州产淫羊藿药材不同药用部位中淫羊藿苷的含量

为合理开发利用贵州淫羊藿资源提供理论依据。方法:对不同种类、产地、药用部位的淫羊藿药材样品

采用HPLC法分别测定其淫羊藿苷含量。结果:16种贵州产淫羊藿药材因种类、产地、药用部位不同

其淫羊藿苷含量有较大差异。结论:贵州产部分淫羊藿的质量符合或超过中国药典(2005版)标准

为了淫羊藿资源的可持续利用

药材生产应以采收地上部分质量为好。

Abstract

Objective:To determine icariin contents in different plant parts of Epimedium plants in Guizhou

and provide a basis for reasonable development of the medicinal material resources.Methods:Icariin contents of the samples of different species

different origins and different parts were determined by HPLC.Results:Icariin contents of 16 species in Guizhou have big difference.Conclusion:Quality of most Epimedium herbs conform to standards of China Pharmacopeia(2005 edition).For development of the medicinal material resources

it is better that the aerial part of Epimedium herbs are collected.
