摘要

目的:对益妇宁软胶囊的提取工艺进行研究。方法:运用药效学方法确定莪术有效成分。采用正交试验法优选莪术油提取工艺条件和哈蟆油粉碎条件。结果:莪术应用挥发油部分

最佳提取工艺条件为A3B2C3;哈蟆油的粉碎工艺确定为粗粉在-20℃条件下粉碎20min。结论:提取工艺设计合理

对大生产有指导意义。

Abstract

Objective:To study the extraction process of Yifuning Soft Capsule.Methods:The active component of Rhizoma Curcumae was ascertained by using pharmacolgical methods.Both the best extraction technology of volatile oil from Rhizama Curcumae and the optimum crush method were selected by using orthogonal design.Result:Evaporable part from Rhizoma Curcumae was applied to extraction.A3B2C3 is the best extraction condition of volatile oil from Rhizoma Curcumae.The optimum crush conditions of Oviductus Ranae was crushing the coarse powder 20 minutes under-20 ℃.Conclusion:The extraction process is designed reasonabl and it is instructive to industrial production.
