目的:观察创伤应激(PTSD)对大鼠神经内分泌和行为学的影响以及葛根复方制剂的调治作用。方法:建立大鼠创伤应激模型
采用放射免疫方法(RIA)检测大鼠血浆皮质醇(CORT)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量;以旷场实验和鼠尾悬挂实验研究创伤应激对大鼠行为学的影响。结果:创伤应激大鼠血浆CORT和ACTH含量分别为(16.76±2.33) ng/mL和(101.21±22.07) pg/mL
水平运动次数和垂直运动次数分别为(26.2±8.4)次和(8.5±3.5)次
悬尾不动时间(227.00±50.13)s;葛根复方高、中、低剂量组血浆CORT含量为(8.69±2.47)
(10.32±2.12)和(12.03±3.06) ng/mL
ACTH含量为(66.63±15.34)
(77.49±14.63)和(87.93±12.16) pg/mL
水平运动次数分别为(60.3±13.6)
(47.0±11.6)和(34.3±8.2)次
垂直运动次数分别为(24.0±5.5)
(20.9±5.8)和(11.5±4.4)次
悬尾不动时间(164.60±46.50)
(178.30±38.05)和(195.10±50.61)s。结论:创伤应激可使大鼠神经内分泌及行为发生异常改变
葛根复方制剂对此具有一定的调治作用。
Objective:To observe the influence of Gegen compound on neuroendocrine and ethology of posttraumtic stress disorder in rats.Methods:The model of rat posttraumtic stress disorder was used.RIA was used to determine the levels of corticosterone(CORT) and adrenocortlcotrophic hormone(ACTH).The influence of rat posttraumtic stress disorder on ethology were studied with Open-field test and tail hang test.Results:The CORT and ACTH contents of rats with PTSD are respectively(16.76±2.33)ng/mL and(101.21±22.07)pg/mL.The values of crossing and rearing are(26.2±8.4) and(8.5±3.5)
motionless time is(227.00±50.13)s.The CORT contents of Gegen compound high
medium and low dosage are(8.69±2.47)
