摘要

目的:探讨外敷中药消水Ⅱ号中冰片在人体的透皮吸收行为和药时关系。方法:以冰片作为消水Ⅱ号的有效标识成分

采用气相色谱法测定了消水Ⅱ号在癌性胸水患者胸部敷药后不同时间的胸水液中的冰片含量。结果:给药后2h测得患者胸水中冰片含量为236ng/mL

随着时间延长

胸水中的冰片含量增加

在敷药36h测出胸水中的冰片含量最高

达2425ng/mL

以后则逐渐降低。结论:消水Ⅱ号可在人体透皮吸收

其中冰片在人体的透皮吸收具有缓释、长效的特点。

Abstract

Objective:To analyse the percutaneous absorption of bornel in the recipe of eliminating Pleurorrhea Ⅱ.Methods:borneol in the effusion sample was determined by gas chromatography.Results:after 2 h borneol of 236 ng/mL was determined in effusion

the concentration of borneol went up slowly in the pleurorrhea sample.Till 36 h borneol reached the peak value(2 425 ng/ml).Conclusion:The recipe of eliminating Pleurorrhea Ⅱ can be absorbed via skin

it is distributed through chest skin slowly and maintained high level in the pleurorrhea.
