Objective:To study the principal pharmcodynamics of Weiping tatlets.Method:The rat experimental gastric ulcer model established by water immersing method was used to observe the effect of protecting gastric mucosa and study the effect of regulating the flow of qi.Methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effect.Retention of cold and dyspepsia model in mice was prepared and the way of intact intestine motility was used to measure intestine moving velocity to observe the eliminating cold and food-transmission effects. Results:Weiping tatlets had obviousl inhibition on stress gastric ulcer in rats. The writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased and pain threshold was remarkably improved by Weiping tatlets. The small intestine motility was promoted strikingly in retention of cold and dyspepsia mice. Conclusion:Weiping tatlets manifested regulating the flow of qi effect
analgesic effect
eliminating cold and food-transmission effects obviously.
