摘要

目的:建立莪术油中莪术二酮和牦牛儿酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil-CN柱(150mm×4.6mm)

乙腈-水(32∶68)为流动相

检测波长为220nm。结果:莪术二酮的回收率为100.4%

RSD=1.5%(n=5);牦牛儿酮的回收率为97.8%

RSD=1.6%(n=5)。结论:该法简便、快速、重复性好

可作为莪术油及其制剂的定量分析方法。

Abstract

Objective:To develop a method for determination of Curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil-CN column

with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(32∶68)

the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Result: The recovery of curdione was 100.4%

RSD=1.5%

The recoveryof germacrone was 97.8%

RSD=1.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple and repeatable

and it be used for the quantitative analysis of curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.
