摘要

目的:观察肝能滴丸对鸭乙型肝炎病毒感染的治疗效果。方法:采用一日龄北京鸭静脉注射鸭乙型肝炎病毒

7d后开始给鸭口服肝能滴丸125、250和500mg/kg3个剂量

每天2次

给药10d

观察药物对鸭的毒性和鸭血清乙肝病毒DNA(DHBV-DNA)的影响。结果:肝能滴丸在250mg/kg组对鸭乙型肝炎病毒感染有可重复的显著治疗效果。500mg/kg组有较好的效果

125mg/kg组无抑制作用。结论:肝能滴丸有良好的抗鸭乙肝病毒效果。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ganneng Dropping Pills on ducks transfected by DHBV.Methods:The Beijing ducks of one day age injected DHBV(iv) were feeding Ganneng Dropping Pills of different dose concentrations(125、250 and 500mg/kg) two times a day

then observe the influence of this drugs on DHBV-DNA and on the toxicity to ducks seven days later.Results:The middle-dose concentration(250mg/kg) showed apparent curative effect on ducks

and the high-dose concentration(500mg/mL) showed definite effect

while the low-dose concentration(125mg/mg) showed no inhibitory effect on DHBV.Conclusion:Ganneng Dropping Pills have curative effect on ducks in vivo transfected by DHBV.
